PDPA
1. Shipowners and/or Manning Agencies (together, the “Parties”) is obligated to comply with Personal Data Protection the Parties shall only submit personal, crew and/or company data to Seaman Solutions by ESEA when explicit consent has been given by the individual and/or corporation for the use and disclosure but not limited to, products and services offered by Seaman Solutions by ESEA.
2. The Parties shall protect, defend, indemnify, and hold Seaman Solutions by ESEA and their respective assigns and their attorneys, accountants, employees, officers and directors harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses of every kind and character, as incurred, resulting from or relating to or arising out of the inaccuracy, nonfulfillment or breach of Personal Data Protection.
Application Processing Time
3. Subject to the working pace of the General Embassy or Consulates of Panama, a softcopy of the Temporary Certification will under normal circumstances be issued within one (01) to three (03) working days after receiving payment from users.
4. Hardcopy of the Temporary Certification will be issued based on the availability of the Panama Embassy or Consulate that is issuing the application.
Withdrawing applications
5. All application(s) which is in the process of endorsement will not be able to be withdrawn.
Refunds
6. No refunds shall be given if the application(s) has been rejected by the General Embassy or Consulate of Panama for whatsoever reason.
7. All requests for refunds by any users shall be rejected under this clause.
Approval/Rejections
8. All approval(s) and/or rejections(s) are at the sole discretion of the Panama Consulate or General Embassy.
Charges
9. All charges are subjected to the General Embassy or Consulate of Panama.
10. Charges may deviate yearly due to annual adjustments from the General Embassy or Consulate of Panama.
11. Final charges of the General Embassy or Consulate of Panama’s quotation include a 5% online processing fee.
Mailing address
12. All Shipowners and/or Manning Agency are required to update their mailing address (if there are any changes), to facilitate the smooth delivery of the Hard Copy Certificate.
Payment
13. Shipowners and/or Manning Agency shall bear the full amount for Bank Transfer Cost when making any payments to Marine Online and/or Panama Embassy.
Others
